Performs all aspects of Quality Control testing, sampling, and associated data entry into LIMS relating to production paperwork for production and technology departments. 

  • Quality Control testing for certification of products.
  • Quality Control testing following current test procedures for all products.
  • Calibrations and verifications of some Q.C. lab equipment.
  • Maintain required documentation and filing of test records, as required by all relevant Quality Systems.
  • Prints and inventories all labels in accordance with weekly production schedule
  • Maintains a safe work area in the lab.
  • Maintains knowledge of Arkema test procedures.
  • Complies with all aspects of Plant Quality policy
  • Performs shift Quality Assurance requirements
  • Participates in Quality improvement process.
  • Supports Loss Control policy, AIMS, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 management systems.


Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • Associates degree in science or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an analytical chemistry lab
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Chemstation software, Agilent GCs and Agilent LCs preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MSOffice; LIMS and SAP preferred.
